For cutting and scooping out unwanted insides from fish and game, the cut and gut knife has a 4 3/4-inch-long blade on one side and roe spoon on the other. Enabling the user to easily flip the utensil for desired applications, a polypropylene handle is placed in the middle of the blade and the spoon. This yellow handle is comfortable to hold with its ergonomic design, while the blade and spoon are made of high-carbon steel that won’t stain through high-volume use.
